In 2010, the year Heather Rae El Moussa (née Young) posed as a Playboy centerfold, she wore a purple minidress with a plunging neckline to a red-carpet event.

Early in her career, El Moussa was publicly known for her role as a Playboy model, and her looks reflected it. For instance, she wore a red bustier and matching bunny ears to a Playboy "True Blood" event in 2012.

She further leaned into her position as a Playboy model throughout 2012, going topless in a military-themed Halloween costume.

Even El Moussa's dressier looks had sex appeal in the early 2010s. She wore a backless gray minidress to a Playmate event in 2014 that showed off the sides of her chest.

At a 2016 Playboy event, El Moussa rocked a sheer, lace lingerie set. Pink flowers in her hair softened the sultry look.

El Moussa's style didn't really stand out from other Playboy models at the time. She even matched them sometimes, as she did in a black dress bedazzled with a bunny in 2015.

She looked every bit the Playboy model in 2017 in a black bustier, fishnet tights, a bow tie, and black bunny ears.

El Moussa embraced a more chic look as she started appearing on "Selling Sunset" in 2019. Here, she wore a white crop top, leather skirt, and over-the-knee boots to a red-carpet event for the series.

As her career progressed, El Moussa gravitated towards a more professional look. At another "Selling Sunset" event in 2019, she wore a strapless red dress with a form-fitting silhouette.

By the time she started dating her now-husband Tarek, she was embracing a polished look even in her athleisure. In March 2020, she walked the streets of New York City in a red sweatsuit set, a black coat, and stylish sneakers.

When she appeared on "Family Feud" in 2021, El Moussa continued to show off her professional style in a pink dress with short sleeves and a scooped neckline. Clear pumps completed the sleek look.

Even as her style changed, El Moussa still went back to her sexy looks from time to time. At the 2021 People's Choice Awards, El Moussa wore a bedazzled minidress from Berta that was almost entirely sheer.

El Moussa combined sexy and sweet with her Galia Lahav wedding dress. The gown had a form-fitting bodice, sheer skirt, and floral detailing.

By 2022, El Moussa was combining professionalism with high fashion. At a "Selling Sunset" reunion, she wore a long-sleeve, pink dress with shoulder pads from Balmain.

El Moussa continued to wear daring fashion when she got pregnant, donning a two-piece set and sparkly, sheer dress from David Koma for the 2022 People's Choice Awards.

And for promotional photos for "Selling Sunset" season six, El Moussa wore a red blazer and pants with no shirt. The blazer only buttoned above her belly, putting her bump on display.
